Whipped Cream and Other Delights

In conversation with various people last night, Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass came up. We wound up having to describe the cover to their hugely sucessful album "Whipped Cream and Other Delights." The music is probably the most amusing, well played and crafted pop jazz you can think of. So in essence, it's like a really good joke, mostly useless except for making you happy.

You'll be seeing the cover to the album and I'm offering up the title track which was also the theme song to the Dating Game (which made the whole record a hit, really). "Whipped Cream"

I also think that is probably one of the sexiest album covers ever devised. I've seen a few others over the years, but this one is still tops.

Incidentally, the recently released remix album for this album, the managed to find a girl (or CGI one) that looks remarkably like this one. She's even got the eyes, even though she's wearing a whole lot less whipped cream.
