This mix has a dark mysterious quality to it. It sounds like it should be played during the midsummer Christian-Pagan festival of Ligo or Jāņi in Latvia- a celebration of the summer solstice and the feast day of St. John the Baptist.

In addition, some tracks were original works of or remixed by the Thievery Corporation, a slick classy DC-based DJ duo. Their sound is chilled electronic grooves with Asian and Latin influences.
