Not much to say about this one, at least, nothing interesting yet. Some of it is a collection of stuff I wanted to use in a mix, and others are songs that I've been listening to.

"Needle and the Damage Done" comes from the recent Massey Hall release by Neil Young. It's a live set from '71 that features Neil mostly acoustic and entirely by himself. It's also a set from when some of the future hits were still new. Some of the guitar work is missing, but you get to hear him in his full glory as a singer/songwriter.

And Alexi Murdoch could possibly be a new Nick Drake for our generation. Hopefully, he'll be around to put out more than three venerated albums.

Henry Padovani was once a member of the Police before the broke and became THE POLICE. This is from his recent solo album that's being compared to Manu Chao's solo stuff. Really, it's on hell of a album and hard to believe it's coming from someone with that kind of background. Sting and Stewart Copeland are on the record as well if you're into the Police.
